Baseball season is starting up, and it’s time to get your gear ready for the beer league softball team. One of my fondest memories growing up was getting a new baseball glove and breaking it in. I remember my dad letting me in on all his tips and tricks on how to get a nice, broken in glove that would make Willie Mayes jealous. They guys at trophy sportsbook have many years perfecting a method for breaking a baseball glove and this seems to be the best. There are nearly as many ways to break in a glove as there are men who have played the game. Every player has their own ritual, one they’ll staunchly defend as the best and only way to break in a mitt.

im not a fan of the pocket in the glove so I simply park my car on it over nightit’s probably not for youbut i like it

the best way to break in a glove is to oil it then put like 3 baseballs in the pockett put rubber bands around it then put it in your dryer for a while

@SonnyFB42 That wasn’t for everyone lol, I was taking into account that he knew nothing about gloves, therefore that he was either young, or not on a very competitive team. I was taught, and always teach third baseman to use a slightly bigger glove when they begin playing.On a high school/college level, you’d obviously want to go a lot smaller to 12 inches or less because of the speed of the runners on that level.
